The Cuatro Rayas cooperative winery was founded in 1935 under the name Agrícola Castellana. After 80 years, it was completely renovated and changed its name to Cuatro Rayas, consolidating its commitment to sustainability and the environment. Thanks to the vineyards of more than 300 partners located in the provinces of Valladolid and Segovia (Castilla y León), Cuatro Rayas is able to produce wines that offer all possible facets of the winery's queen variety: the verdejo grape. It has centenary, pre-phylloxera vineyards that give rise to wines that have managed to surprise specialised wine tasters such as Robert Parker, Decanter and the Peñín Guide.
